Refund Policy

1. 14-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the subscription date, with no justification required. This guarantee applies only to the first payment; subsequent renewals are not automatically refundable.
2. How to request a refund
- Send an email to contact@walidelomari.com from the email address tied to your account.
- Use “Refund request” as the subject and include the purchase date.
- Response within 3 business days, processing by Paddle within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal (link sent by Paddle in the confirmation email, or accessible from your account). Cancellation stops the next charge; your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Exceptional refunds after 14 days
A pro-rated refund may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:
- Major Service unavailability of more than 48 consecutive hours
- Blocking bug not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Double-billing error
- Subscription by mistake (e.g. duplicate account)

5. Cases excluded from refund
- Renewal of an already-used subscription (beyond the first payment, the 14-day window no longer applies)
- Account suspension for violation of the Terms of Service
- Unused monthly quota (the 20 AI conversions/month reset at each cycle, with no carry-over)
6. Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. By subscribing to the Service, you expressly request immediate performance, which may limit the refund to the unused portion if the Service was actively used during that period. Our commercial 14-day guarantee above remains more favorable and applies first.
7. Processing by Paddle
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Limited, Merchant of Record. The amount is credited back to the original payment method. Typical bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days. Any currency-conversion fees on the refund are borne by your bank.
