Frequently asked questions

Why is Tier 0 free?: Parsing runs in your browser, with no server and no cost to us. No reason to charge.
Does my data go through your servers?: Tier 0: no, everything stays in your browser. Tier 1 (AI): the PDF is sent to our server only for extraction by Claude (Anthropic), then deleted immediately after processing. See Privacy.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, at no cost. You keep access until the end of the paid month. See Refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record).
What if I exceed 20 AI conversions per month?: Reach out, Tier 2 (volume + API) is coming soon. In the meantime, Tier 0 (free, no limit) stays available for supported banks.
